RR manager's past lung collapse, asthma cited in IPL dugout phone row: Report

BCCI's Anti-Corruption and Security Unit served RR manager Romi Bhinder notice for using phone in dugout during their IPL match against RCB, violating protocol. According to sources, the phone use was linked to a prior medical emergency when both his lungs had collapsed in Nagpur. Sources also added that Bhinder has asthma and is advised not to climb stairs frequently.
