A letter written by author George RR Martin, when he was a teenager, to Stan Lee and Jack Kirby of 'Marvel Comics' has emerged online. The letter was published in 'Fantastic Four' volume one, issue 32 in 1964. The 16-year-old Martin wrote to Lee about a flaw in the storyline of a character which he otherwise called a "perfect masterpiece".​
