After almost a three-year delay, the Rao Tula Ram (RTR) flyover opened on Tuesday to reduce traffic jams on the way to the IGI airport from South and East Delhi and Noida. The flyover on Outer Ring Road will also smoothen the journey to Gurugram. The flyover branches out of Munirka flyover and ends before Army Research and Referral Hospital.
