A picture of US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has surfaced showing him wearing grey tracksuit similar to the one worn by ex-Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro when US forces captured him. Rubio reportedly wore the outfit aboard Air Force One while travelling to China with President Donald Trump. The White House shared an image, calling it a "full circle moment".
