The Indian rupee fell past the 91-mark against the US dollar for the first time this year on Monday after recording an all-time intra-day low of 91.14 in December 2025. The currency continued its decline on Tuesday, reaching a low of 91.05, Reuters reported. "With dollar demand outpacing supply...rupee is currently skirting...edge of a new record low," an analyst said.
