Media tycoon Rupert Murdoch's eldest son Lachlan Murdoch will become Chairman and CEO of the proposed new "Fox" company once its deal with Disney is approved by shareholders and regulators. 21st Century Fox's agreed to sell its film and TV assets to Walt Disney Company in a $52.4-billion deal. Rupert Murdoch will serve as Co-Chairman of the new Fox entity.
