Russia and Ukraine started their first direct peace talks in Turkey since 2022. The two sides didn't shake hands at the meeting, the BBC reported. "There are two paths ahead of us: one road will take us on a process that will lead to peace, while the other will lead to more destruction," Turkey's Foreign Affairs Minister Hakan Fidan said.
