Russia backed US President Donald Trump's remark that Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready to move forward with a peace deal, while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is not. "Here we can agree...this is indeed true...Russian side maintains its openness," said Putin's aide Dmitry Peskov. He added, "It's long past time for Zelenskyy to take responsibility and make appropriate decision."
