Russia and Ukraine exchanged another group of ill and severely wounded prisoners of war (POW) on Thursday, officials from both countries confirmed. All of the Ukrainian troops need treatment, Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a message on Telegram. The POWs were released as part of a prisoner exchange with Russia agreed upon during recent peace talks in Turkey's Istanbul.
