German Defence Minister Christine Lambrecht on Sunday said NATO will discuss Russia's security proposals but the latter cannot "dictate" NATO on regional security. "We need to solve...tensions on...diplomatic level but [also put] up a credible deterrence," she said. Her remarks come amid Russia's demand for withdrawal of NATO troops from former Soviet Union states.
