Russia could conduct a nuclear test if the West lets Ukraine use its long-range missiles to attack the country, reports quoting experts said. "This would be a dramatic escalation of the conflict," an expert said. "Russia could explode a tactical nuclear weapon...just to demonstrate that (they) mean it when they say we'll eventually resort to nuclear weapons," another expert said.
