Russia has declared ceasefire in four Ukrainian cities including capital Kyiv, Mariupol, Kharkov, and Sumy from 10 am Moscow time (12:30 pm IST) for evacuations. The humanitarian corridors are being set up at the personal request of French President Emmanuel Macron, Russia's Defence Ministry said. Notably, hundreds of Indian students are stranded in Sumy.
