Russia has destroyed more than 200 Ukrainian railway locomotives and attacked railway facilities more than 1,000 times since the start of 2026, Ukraine's Deputy PM Oleksiy Kuleba said. An attack in the eastern Dnipropetrovsk region on Friday damaged two locomotives, Kuleba added. He further said that the repair work volume is increasing and is in need for significant financial resources.
