Russia is escalating hybrid attacks aimed at undermining society in Netherlands and its European allies, Dutch military intelligence agency MIVD said. It added Russian hackers have already targeted Dutch public service. Hybrid threats range from physical sabotage of critical infrastructure to disinformation campaigns. Last year, UK spy chief accused Russia of waging a sabotage campaign in Europe.
