Russia has offered oil to India at a steep discount of as much as $35 per barrel on prices before the war to encourage India to buy more shipments, Bloomberg reported citing sources. The sanctions-hit country reportedly wants India to take 115 million barrels contracted for this year to begin with and talks are taking place at a government level.
