Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held a telephonic conversation with External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and discussed the India-Pakistan issue after Pahalgam terror attack on April 22. Lavrov called for settling the issues between India and Pakistan by political and diplomatic means as per the provisions of the 1972 Simla Agreement and the 1999 Lahore Declaration.
