According to JSC PO Sevmash chief executive Mikhail A Budnichenko, the Russian Navy’s nuclear-powered cruiser Admiral Nakhimov has completed the first phase of factory sea trials and will now undergo additional testing, before the Russian Navy formally accepts it for combat service. Once fully commissioned, the cruiser will field long-range strike weapons and layered air-defense systems.
