Russia shot down Ukraine's US-made F-16 Eagle fighter jet using S-300 air defence systems, Sputnik reported, citing a Russian commander. "It took two missiles. The first damaged it, the second finished it off," the commander said. "The enemy boasted that these planes were indestructible. As it turns out, they fall out of the sky just like the rest," he added.
