Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the Foreign Ministry to sue the US over seizure of the country's diplomatic properties in New York, San Francisco and Washington. Calling it "an open violation of the property rights of the Russian state", Putin said Russia "reserves the right" to further reduce the number of US diplomatic staff in response to the seizure.
