Russia and Ukraine exchanged prisoners for the first time since Russia's invasion of Ukraine began on February 24. "In exchange for 10 captured occupiers, we rescued 10 of our servicemen," Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk said.
