Russian forces have been accused of using illegal phosphorus weapons in Ukraine. Oleksi Biloshytsky, the head of police in Popasna, around 100 kilometres west of Luhansk city, said that the Russian forces had used the chemical weapon in his area. "It's what Nazis called a 'flaming onion' and that's what Russcists (amalgamation of 'Russians' and 'fascists') are dropping," Biloshytsky added.
