Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russia wants Ukraine to leave the entire Donbas because it has not achieved any victory there since the war began. He said Ukrainians know the cost Russia is paying for every kilometre gained. Zelenskyy claimed conquering eastern Ukraine would cost Moscow 8,00,000 more soldiers and take at least two years.
