EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas on Saturday said Russia will not regain its frozen assets in the bloc unless it pays reparations for the war in Ukraine. About €210 billion worth of Russian assets remain frozen by the EU. Ukraine and several EU nations have urged the bloc to confiscate these assets and use them to support Ukraine.
