An arbitration court in Russia has upheld a 2-billion rouble ($33 million) fine against Alphabet's Google issued by Russia's Federal Anti-Monopoly Service in July. As per RIA Novosti news agency, the watchdog had said Google broke competition laws by blocking some YouTube channels, thus abusing its dominant position in the video hosting market.
