According to a Ukrainian government official, Russian defence minister Sergei Shoigu suffered a heart attack, which is why he hasn't appeared in public since mid-March. The official added that Shoigu suffered heart attack after Russian President Vladimir Putin reprimanded him for "complete failure of invasion of Ukraine". He is currently undergoing rehabilitation at a hospital, the official added.
