Russian escort planted bomb in trash bin that killed Ukrainian defector: Report

A blast in Russian-occupied Crimea killed Robert Shageev, an ex-Ukrainian naval officer who defected to Russia in 2014 and later served in its Black Sea Fleet. Russian authorities arrested 32-year-old Margarita Reut, who reportedly appeared on escort websites. She has been accused of planting an explosive in a trash bin. Russian authorities have charged Reut with terrorism resulting in death.
