A Russian military official who had appeared on a Ukrainian blacklist of alleged war criminals was shot dead by an unknown assassin while he was on his morning run in Russia's Krasnodar on Monday. Stanislav Rzhitskiy's running route was reportedly tracked through a fitness app. He was suspected of being behind a missile strike on Ukraine's Vinnytsia last year.
