A Russian regiment participated in Mexico's 213th Independence Day parade on Saturday, drawing sharp criticism from Ukraine. Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador defended the move, stating that all the countries Mexico has diplomatic relations with were invited to the parade. "The Chinese were also in the parade, and there wasn’t so much outcry," López Obrador further said.
