Hungarian PM Viktor Orban opined that the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine will never end the war. Orban stated that if Europe strives for a ceasefire in Ukraine, then it should forget about sanctions and return to normal economic cooperation with Russia. "We need direct American-Russian [talks], and then or before that, Russian-European negotiations," he added.
