Microsoft on Tuesday warned that Russia's "cyber influence operations" have started targeting Kamala Harris' campaign in a bid to influence the US Presidential elections. The tech giant said the groups have circulated several fake videos on social media. It added that one of the videos used an on-screen actor to fabricate false claims about Harris' involvement in a hit-and-run accident.
