The failed Luna-25 mission by Russia has left a 10-metre wide crater on the Moon, NASA said. Luna-25 crashed on August 19 after a problem developed while preparing for a soft landing on the south pole of the Moon. NASA has also shared pictures showing the possible crash site of the lunar lander.
