Telecom operator T-Mobile US on Wednesday announced it's acquiring Ka'ena Corp, the owner of actor Ryan Reynolds-backed Mint Mobile, for up to $1.35 billion. The deal, expected to get completed later this year, consists of 39% cash and 61% stock. Reynolds will "continue on in his creative role on behalf of Mint" following the acquisition, T-Mobile said.
