Ryanair is discontinuing its prime membership after an eight-month trial showed the program cost more than it earned. The airline gathered 55,000 members and €4.4M in fees, but gave out over €6M in fare discounts. Existing members keep benefits until October 2026, but no new sign-ups will be accepted after Friday.
