Saudi Arabia launched airstrikes in Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen on Friday amid the naval blockade imposed by the Iran-backed group against Saudi ships. The strikes reportedly hit Hodeidah Port and Kamaran Island among other locations. Houthis had announced the blockade against "criminal Saudi enemy" on Monday and said it was based on the equation of "an eye for an eye".
