S Chand and Company on Thursday informed stock exchanges that it would sell its entire 6.05% stake in edtech platform iNeuron to PhysicsWallah for ₹14 crore. The minority stake was acquired by S Chand for around ₹7 crore. Earlier this year, S Chand also sold its complete stake in Testbook Edu Solutions for around ₹18 crore.
