External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has been gifted an Ireland cricket team jersey by Ireland minister Simon Coveney. India will face Ireland in T20 World Cup 2024. The Embassy of Ireland in India took to X to share picture of Coveney gifting Jaishankar the jersey. The embassy stated that the two ministers had a "warm discussion" on enhancing bilateral relationship.
