Six Americans have been detained in South Korea for trying to send 1,600 plastic bottles filled with rice, US dollars and miniature Bibles toward North Korea by sea. They're being investigated for violating the country's safety and disaster management laws in a restricted "risk zone". The incident comes amid South Korean President Lee Jae Myung's efforts to curb activist campaigns.
