Flipkart Co-founder Sachin Bansal has invested ₹50 crore into his holding entity BAC Acquisitions by way of 50 lakh equity shares priced at ₹100 each, RoC filings of the company with Ministry of Corporate Affairs revealed. Bansal founded BAC Acquisitions with his IIT Delhi batchmate Ankit Agarwal. The new venture was earlier reported to invest in agritech and fintech spaces.
