Following the deal with US-based retail giant Walmart, Flipkart Co-founder Sachin Bansal will be leaving the Indian e-commerce startup and will sell his entire 5.5% stake to Walmart for a reported amount of $1 billion. However, Co-founder Binny Bansal will still hold a stake in the 11-year-old homegrown startup, which is now expected to be valued at $20.8 billion.
