Sachin Bansal’s Navi raises ₹1,000 cr from Prosus ahead of $300 mn IPO

Sachin Bansal's Navi Group raised $100 million (nearly ₹1,000 crore) from Prosus, its first external institutional funding round, ahead of the company's planned $300 million (nearly ₹3,000 crore) IPO. Prosus acquired a minority stake in Navi but did not disclose its valuation. Bloomberg earlier reported that Navi is targeting a valuation of up to $2 billion in its planned IPO.
