Sachin Bansal’s Navi taps bankers for ₹3,000-crore IPO: Report
Fintech startup Navi is preparing to launch its India IPO, seeking to raise up to ₹3,000 crore, Bloomberg reported. Founded by Flipkart Co-founder Sachin Bansal, Navi has appointed JM Financial, Kotak Mahindra Capital, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan as advisers. The IPO will be a primary share sale, with Navi targeting a valuation of up to $2 billion (₹19,086 crore).
