Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Sukhbir Singh Badal's aide Dalvir Singh Kala, locally known as Kala Jabandha, was shot at by an unidentified assailant in Punjab on Monday. The incident took place as Kala, a former Zila Parishad member, was preparing to leave his shop in Bareta when the assailant arrived and opened fire. Kala was struck in the stomach.
