Sadhna TV-operator's MD arrested in ₹168-cr money laundering case

Dr Rakesh Gupta, chairman and MD of Sadhna Group that operates Sadhna TV, was arrested by ED and remanded to five days of custody on Saturday. The arrest relates to a money laundering case involving alleged irregularities in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) processes. The ED told the court that the alleged proceeds of crime stands ₹168 crore.
