Delhi Police have booked Sahitya Akademi award-winning writer Nilotpal Mrinal for allegedly raping a 32-year-old woman for 10 years under the pretext of marriage. The woman is a UPSC aspirant who has been living in Delhi. The FIR stated that a police officer called up the woman's father and told him she is blackmailing Mrinal to extort money from him.
