Sakhiya Skin Clinic, with 35 centres across 24 cities, filed DRHP for an IPO of up to 61.72 lakh shares, including fresh issue of 50.10 lakh and OFS of 11.62 lakh shares. FY25 revenue stood at ₹5,287.78 lakh with ₹1,091.69 lakh profit (20.6%). Proceeds will fund new clinics, technology upgrades, subsidiary investment, and debt repayment.
