For the first time in the history of Himachal Pradesh, the salaries of state government employees have not been credited to their bank accounts on the first day of the month. This is being attributed to financial crisis in Himachal, for which CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has blamed the previous BJP government. As per reports, pensions have also been delayed.
