Salesforce has signed agreement to acquire Waii, a fast-growing startup known for its enterprise-grade natural language-to-SQL platform. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of Salesforce fiscal year 2026. It is said to bring advanced data query capabilities into Salesforce Data Cloud and further strengthen its push into AI-powered enterprise tools.
