Salesforce has launched Einstein GPT, the "world's first generative AI CRM technology". It will integrate with Salesforce's CRM system. The bot will let users type in prompts to generate client summaries, personalised emails, marketing copy or code. Salesforce Ventures also launched a new $250 million generative AI fund for the startup ecosystem and development of "responsible generative AI".
