After 8 years, Samir Bodas left Microsoft as their director for small businesses. In 2009, he started Icertis as a platform for companies to digitise all contracts into a single repository. Overtime, it pivoted to software-based contract lifecycle management solutions. Today, Icertis manages over 10 million contracts in more than 40 languages and is valued at ₹20,000 crore.
