The agreement covers manufacturing, quality assurance, packaging, and supply of nutraceutical and food products. Rama Exports will purchase finished goods at agreed prices. The deal is expected to generate ₹15 crore, boosting Sampre Nutritions’ food and nutraceutical operations.
